How transfer prices are calculated?
We guarantee the most cost-effective transfers by using a kilometer-based pricing approach rather than a fixed rate for all destinations. Athens city spans 462 square kilometers, so this method ensures shorter trips come at a lower cost, while longer journeys are priced accordingly. It’s crucial when requesting a quote or booking to provide the precise destination address.
When is payment made?
You can complete your payment through the provided PayPal link, Stripe, or the Alpha Bank link on the booking page after your booking has been confirmed.
What if my flight is delayed?
If feasible, kindly give us a call, send an SMS to (+30) 6977206600, or reach out via email. We also keep a close watch on incoming flights through the airport website. In exceptional situations, pre-booked collections may encounter brief waiting times. Please be aware that the driver can only wait for up to 45 minutes after your flight’s scheduled landing. If this time elapses, the driver will make an announcement and depart.
What if my flight arrives early?
Once more, don’t hesitate to contact us by phone, send an SMS to (+30) 6977206600, or drop us an email. We continuously track arriving flights through the airport website. We will make every possible arrangement to ensure your regular pickup, although this will depend on our existing bookings.
What if I miss my flight or flight diverted?
Feel free to get in touch with us right away via phone, SMS at (+30) 6977206600, or email if you have any updated flight information. Please be aware that additional charges may apply if our drivers need to make extra trips.
Where will I meet my driver upon arrival?
The driver will be waiting for you outside the arrival gate, displaying a sign bearing your name. Our regular flight monitoring allows us to determine your designated exit gate in advance. After collecting your luggage, please contact us via landline at (+30) 2105157644 or through Viber and WhatsApp at (+30) 6977206600, or call or text us directly at (+30) 6977206600 to coordinate the meeting point with the driver.
Which are the dimensions or the capacity of suitcases (luggage)?
There are 4 types of suitcases (length x width x depth) in cm [and in]:
Small suitcase (Cabin size or Hand luggage):
- Dimensions in cm: 55 x 40 x 20
- Dimensions in inches: 22 x 16 x 8
- Capacity: Approximately 40 liters
Medium suitcase (Normal size):
- Dimensions in cm: 65 x 50 x 25
- Dimensions in inches: 25 x 20 x 10
- Capacity: Approximately 75 liters
Large suitcase (Big size):
- Dimensions in cm: 75 x 50 x 30
- Dimensions in inches: 30 x 20 x 12
- Capacity: Approximately 120 liters
Extra Large suitcase (Very big size):
- Dimensions in cm: 80 x 55 x 35
- Dimensions in inches: 31 x 22 x 14
- Capacity: Approximately 150 liters
Do you provide baby or child car seats?
We offer Recaro® baby and child seats. During the booking process, please check the child or baby seat option so that the driver can prepare the necessary child seat(s).
Do you provide “skip the line” or “meet&greet” service?
We offer a “skip-the-line” service, which you can request during the booking process.
Do you provide guiding service at archaeological sites?
We offer the services of licensed guides who can enhance your experience. During the booking process, feel free to request a licensed guide, and we will make the necessary arrangements for your guided tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation made up to 7 days prior to the reservation date incurs no fee.
- Cancellation within 7 days prior to the reserved date results in a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the reserved date incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 4 hours prior to the reserved date results in a 100% cancellation fee.
